Plan and billing

• The first complete plan is available without a payment card.
• After that first plan, ongoing private planning requested in the product is USD $7.99 per month plus applicable tax.
• Automatic weekly email delivery is disabled and is not included in the subscription.

Checkout, renewal, and cancellation

Stripe-hosted Checkout presents the recurring price, monthly billing interval, required Terms acceptance, and applicable tax before confirmation. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. The Stripe customer portal permits payment-method management and cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Service remains available through that paid period unless access must be restricted for security, safety, abuse, or legal reasons.

Payment failure may interrupt paid access while Stripe and Chef Prep reconcile the subscription. Chef Prep does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular number of generated plans.

Taxes and refunds

The service is offered only in the United States. The USD $7.99 monthly price is exclusive of applicable tax. Stripe calculates and displays applicable tax before payment.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@getchefprep.com within 30 days of the charge. Partial billing periods are not prorated or refunded. Duplicate or erroneous charges, and refunds required by law, are returned to the original payment method. Outside those circumstances, payments are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Stripe and the customer's financial institution control the time required for an approved refund to appear.

Price and material service changes

Chef Prep will provide at least 30 days' notice through the service before a price increase or material service change applies to an existing subscription. The change applies no earlier than the next renewal after the notice period. A customer may cancel through the Stripe customer portal before the change applies. Changes reasonably necessary for security, safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may take effect sooner when permitted by law.
